Terms of Service — Stayviko

The service

Stayviko provides digital guest guides for South African accommodation properties. Each active property receives a branded guest guide with a unique URL, QR code and home-screen installation, plus destination content supplied by Stayviko.

Subscription and billing

The subscription is R150 per month per active property, billed in South African rand via iKhokha. Each property requires its own subscription. A property's guide is published only after its first payment is confirmed by the payment provider. Renewal links are made available monthly in your dashboard.

Late payments and grace period

If a renewal payment is not received by the renewal date, a 7-day grace period applies and we will remind you before any suspension. During the grace period, essential arrival and emergency information remains available to guests. After the grace period, the guide may be limited until payment is received.

Cancellation

You may cancel a property's subscription at any time from your dashboard's billing section. Cancellation stops future renewals; the guide remains live until the end of the period already paid for. No refunds are due for partial months.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your guest guide, including emergency contacts and arrival instructions. Never publish information you are not authorised to share.
