Our approach

Stayviko is built with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in mind. We collect the minimum information needed to provide the service.

Property owners

We store your name, contact details and property information so we can provide your guest guide and billing. Payment card details are never stored by us — payments are processed securely by iKhokha.

Guests

Guests use guides without registering. Wildlife checklist and quiz progress is stored only on the guest's own device. Feedback submitted through a guide is visible only to that property's owner and platform administrators — never to other owners or the public. We do not collect guest location data.

Retention and deletion

Owners can edit or remove their property information at any time. To request deletion of your account and associated data, contact us at chantelle.mln@gmail.com.
